I bought an exercise bike at end of June 2020 –.
Bought on line, everything went fine until delivery.
The unit was delivered and not installed as advertised initially. They agreed that installation was included and a few days later they returned to install it and found out the bike was faulty and reported it to head office. Nothing happened for a further week and Since then I have been trying to get a fix and now a refund and return of the product.
The customer service is very poor with emails not being responded to and the customer phone system is awful. I have never been able to get through to customer services only sales really to try and resolve this issue. Over a month on after paying for the bike I am still trying to get through to head office an get a date for picking up the bike and a refund. A company to avoid buying online as the service is non existent if anything goes wrong.
