Don't fall for it. I had never had a PayPal account until I downloaded the app for Tophatter. They are so devious and will charge your account whatever they want to. I never bid over $1. For any of the six items that I bought. Got my PayPal email summary statement and saw that they charged me $102. For what should have been $6. Only. I will never do business with them again. And will do everything I can to let everyone know what a scammer they really are.

I have done lots of business with Amazon and Amazon Kindle. I can honestly say that they have never done me wrong. I really love Amazon and Amazon Kindle. I have bought many items from Amazon and many books from Amazon Kindle. I absolutely adore this company. Been scammed many times but never with Amazon or Amazon Kindle. I hope this helps anyone with any apprehension about them
