I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and nothing received up to now. As my order has not been sent yet I have asked for a cancellation of my order. Since the moment I asked for the cancellation they have raised the shipping note on GSL (forwarder) but the forwarder site clearly states that the order has not been delivered to GSL. Not sure my order will be sent. I should have checked and taken into consideration all the very negatives opinions about Belletica before launching my order. I really do not recommend Belletica.
