I ordered a robe from Soft Surroundings for my mother on Dec 5. I was assured the robe was in stock and would be delivered to a store near her home in California. Before Christmas. Since she is elderly, I planned to pick up the robe at the store and bring it to her home on Christmas Day during my brief, 3 day trip to CA. Now I have received an email saying the robe is not in stock and will not be delivered until after Christmas (and I will no longer be in town to pick it up and bring it to her). The whole surprise is ruined and I will not have a gift for my elderly mother on what could be my last Christmas with her. I will never buy from this store again and BUYER BEWARE. When I contacted the store about this they could only make excuses and say they were "sorry" but made no effort to make it right, and did not offer any kind of refund, discount or expedited shipping. Just said it was not in stock and I was out of luck. NEVER AGAIN.
