Some of this is my own fault for assuming this company would uphold a professional standard of business. The problem is I emailed them and told them I would be perfectly fine if they cancel the order and I can order from another dealer. They told me they are sorry its taking longer then expected but assured me that it would be on its way soon. This was over a week ago and 2 missed games of needing the item. End of the day I should have done a better job vetting a new company I purchased from but in the end I assumed a business that was not a new company would be able to fulfil orders and keep their word.
