We booked with them and then had a medical emergence (read heart attack). When we called, we paid an extra $150.00 to cancel two tickets and were told we would have a $658.00 credit. When we called to use the "credit" we were told there was a $150.00 booking fee change and our actual credit was $6.00!
We are asking for the transcript of the call because we would not have paid $150.00 for six dollars worth of credit. They are terrible and it was very hard to understand their customer service people.
