I have been with Quidco a year now. Not all purchases track, so make sure you follow everything to the letter. If you file a complaint about a HIGH VALUE tracking that did not go through, like I did, they wait 2-3 months and then deny it claiming the merchants claims you did NOT purchase it. This is happening to me right now and I have contacted the company in which I made a £545 purchase from in October. They are investigating it themselves, separately because I have serious doubts that Quidco even contacted the merchant since its £81.75 cashback. Tracking in general takes forever (weeks to months) and when you complain, no one contacts you back or they lie and say they are waiting on the merchant to respond. I have very serious doubts they actually contact the merchants for anything. Hopefully, I WILL get my cashback and the merchant will prove to me they know nothing of my claim.

I ordered merchandise via Groupon. The merchandise was via Groupon not an indivdual signed up to use Groupon. It was marked shipped via Hermes. Hermes won't speak to the customer, so all I had was the tracking number showing that Groupon informed Hermes of a pick up (which if anyone who knows how Hermes works, this means the parcel was never collected) 7 days later, I contacted Groupon who said was shipped. I said no it wasn't explained the above. They said they needed to investigate. I demanded a refund, to which they said they could not do until they 1) investigated (fair enough) and 2) 10 business days passed. 30 days later I was still fighting them for £12! They kept tacking on 10 more business days until I informed them they were committing fraud by holding my money hostage for merchandise I never received and that I was going to file a charge back on my credit card. I did file and was given a refund before my credit card could investigate.

Tip for consumers:
If its offered VIA Groupon, don't buy it. If its offered via someone else using Groupon (service like a hair cut) you are good to go.

I have been a Premium member for about 5 years now, paying $25 a month for this "privileged". This allows me to "rent" a box and receive my US mail. On top of this MyUS charges $77 (USPS International Priority) for a 1 lb parcel to be shipped to the UK via USPS while its free competitor, MyMallBox can ship the same 1 lb parcel USPS Airmail for $9.38. When asked WHY the $30 difference between USPS counter price ($33.95) and their "tacked on fee" (which they DENY is a tacked on fee, but the rate we have to pay because they receive no discount from USPS because they are a government entity) they explain over and over again they are not tacking on any extra fees nor do they get a discount from USPS. While they may be more reliable than MyMallBox, I find they are taking their Premium members to the cleaners and over charging for their shipping services on top of the membership fees we already pay them when their competitor, MyMallBox can offer the same services for no membership fee and cheaper rates (although not as reliable). I am for paying for better service, but this taking the mickey out of your customers, MyUS.
