Mr. Jones made an apt with me a week ago. He said that he would call me yesterday to confirm. He did not. This a.m., I texted him to confirm the apt. To which he replied "We are no longer serving your area. Check with Home Depot. Sorry."
Then, I replied, "Why did you not tell me that when we made the apt?" He said, "Again, I apologize for the inconvenience."
FIRST OF ALL... I LIVE IN SUMMERVILLE. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT? THINK BEFORE YOU LET THIS MAN COME TO YOUR HOME. IT SEEMS THAT IF HE DECIDES NOT TO DO SOMETHING, HE JUST DOESN'T DO IT. Well, sorry Jim. You lost a good size job and you are now seen as a liar. And for you to tell me to go to "Home Depot"?
Tip for consumers:
It seems that his company only services to "high end" customers. However, he knew nothing about me. I think that he just didn't want to keep the appointment today.
