In good faith I purchased a hat understanding "worry-free returns". One of my items was not the color that I needed and when I asked to return it, I was offered a 50% credit to use at the store instead. I accepted the return offer. It seemed a simple idea and saved the trouble of restocking and the trouble of packaging.
Since then I have tried ordering twice with each order being cancelled with the reason the item was "temporarily not available"
I have a hat that I cannot use. I have paid shipping twice with no merchandise received.
I should've received a $31 refund, have paid an additional $9.99 & $14.00
A total of $54.99 has been paid out.
How can this return policy make sense of this?
I would like a refund of all monies.
