If I could give a ZERO rating I would! Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had! October 2017, I ordered a dress and paid expedited shipping fees to make sure I got it on time for an event that was a few weeks away. Didn't show, didn't show so I requested Cancellation. They refused. Dress FINALLY showed up 3 weeks AFTER my event. Took me 6 weeks of emailing them to FINALLY get a return address. Sent dress back to them unopened. They received it December 8,2017. It's now March 2018 and I STILL do not have a credit for the dress. AND they of course refuse to refund the expedited shipping OR return shipping fees. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!
