I canceled renew derma and was not told at that time that I was not within the cancelation window. I called back when my card was billed and I was then told I was not within my 14-day window and would be charged for the product. I was told they were unable to issue a refund. I told her I would then have to dispute the charge on the credit card and ended the call. Within 2 minutes she called me back and offered a 35% refund. When I said no she offered a 50% refund and told me they win 99% of the disputes and I should take the generous or. I was within my window of cancelation and should not have been billed at all.
Also, when I canceled I was offered a 25% discount then a 50% discount so if you like the product (though I would NEVER buy from this company) you should call to cancel and get a better deal.
