Hello,

When you start using the service you can create as many invoices as you want and have full access to all the functionality the service offers for 21 days.

If you want to stay with us afterwards, we would be very happy to have you as a customer. The price if you choose to sign up is $9.95/month. Our payment plan is by default, auto renew, meaning the charge will occur automatically on the same day each month.

When your Free Trial expires at the end of 21 days, a prompt will appear when you click on 'New Invoice' that will enable you to sign up for the Professional paid plan by entering your payment details.

If you don't want to sign up at that point, you don't have to do anything. You will still have access to all your invoices (to view, print or download them).

If you know that you won't use the service for a while, just log in to your account and go to Settings->Close Account and click on the "Cancel Paid Plan" button (not the "Close Account" button).

The account will remain fully functional for the entire billing cycle (i. E. the next 30 days), and you are ensured that there will be no further charges. In other words, if you try to create an invoice within 30 days of payment, you can do so without any problems.

Currency Options - Many currencies are available to you on Aynax.com. Because of our advanced accounting options, including expense tracking and Income statements, you must set your currency option at the time you create your account.

**To Open your New account:**
1. Use this URL http://www.aynax.com/freeInvoiceTemplate.php
2. Choose the blue link to Show customization Options
3. Choose currency
4. Create invoice
5. Click Save and follow directions to create a new account

Sales tax, GST, VAT - To add taxes, do the following:

1) Click the link "Show customization Options" directly beneath the page headline on the "New Invoice" or "Edit Invoice" page. The options will appear immediately.

2) Click the checkbox next to "Tax". A tax column will appear immediately to the right of the Quantity column inside the invoice template below. You can also rename the word "Tax" to "GST" or "VAT" in the field next to the checkbox.

3) Enter the tax percentage on the line(s) where it is required. The tax will be calculated automatically and shown in a field underneath the subtotal.
