So my lace front synthetic wig search on the internet has ended. i am so done with being ripped off and then left with no options. The customer service was ok, but the wig was a 0.0 in my book. I see people doing utube videos for this company and i swear they make it look better than it is. I tried a Ozone/Aplus synthetic lace front wig and it sucks bad. the lace is really dark, and I am a white girl so they lied to me about the color of lace. I was told I was being sent a light brown with golden highlights wig....guess what i got? Black with copper colored highlights. Wow this wig was not for me. It said on the box they sent me the color I ordered but it is nothing like what I was told i was buying. They lied about color..... The knots stand out like crazy. My friend who also wears wigs laughed at me when i showed her this wig. She said it looks so fake and I could never pass it off as real hair. Another rip off. So people, find a good wig shop with some one who speaks good english so that you can try the wigs on before you buy them. I have read so many stories about how people are getting ripped off by these wig companies that I wanna slap myself for thinking I would be treated good and get a good product. Never again will I buy a wig online from a company who makes me pay for the mistakes they made.

If you like to get ripped off then give this company your money. I am very upset with them and tried everything. I would take legal action against them if i only had money to do so. 3 weeks ago they sent me a wig in the wrong color so i told them and sent the wig back. they told me there would be no problem and I agreed to pay all these stupid fees even though they sent me the wrong wig. Then I got an email from them saying they were going to send me my new wig and gave me my return number and said they would contact me within 48 hrs. That was three weeks ago. And let me tell you, I have called, emailed, and did the live chat every day since then and everytime i get the same cruddy info " Our manager will contact you within 24 hours and I can't do anything more for you!" Now I am like " what?? You can't do anything more for me?" They can take your money real quick but do not expect to get anything from it. Look people, I spent the only extra money i had...I had been saving it for a while and worked my butt off to get it and they ripped me off. If you like people stealing from you and then lying to you, then give your money to these awful loser people. Good luck!
