I've purchased coffee here for several years without a problem. However, after I received a notice from FedEx that a CoffeeAM box had been damaged and was undeliverable, I contacted CoffeeAM 4 times, twice by email and twice using their "contact us" link and never received a response. I'm out $65.95 on this order that I never received. In the future, I'll be buying coffee from a different source.
