“Auto-renew without my permission”

I (unfortunately) purchased a 1 year subscription for $99. Within minutes I realized what I had been sold was not going to meet my needs. I called their c/s and asked to quit my subscription and wanted a refund. They refused. I specifically told them I do not authorize any future automatic billing. A year rolls around and guess what? The jerks auto charged another $99! Don't do business with these thieves!
