I bought a Young Living diffuser and oil set for my wife for Christmas for $170. She set it up immediately and 8 days later it was leaking water all over her nightstand so I took it back to the consultant I purchased if from. Its now over 3 months later and I still have not received a new one.
In the meantime I have purchased 3 different off brand diffusers from other stores for a total of $85 and they all work flawlessly. Now I'm being told that new parts for our Young Living diffuser will be in soon and I should have it back in no time.
My wife and I have made numerous calls to the Young Living customer service number with every call ending with the same answer - This needs to be handled with the person you purchased it from! There is no other way to get this taken care of.
Our Young Living diffuser is cheaply made, over priced, and broken. So its basically useless. The Young Living costumer service operators have no helpful answers and are for the most part useless. And the Young Living consultants are nice people who do a great job unless there is a problem and then they become as useless as the operators and their products.
