Received sign made of wrong reflective material. I called customer service, they do not answer the phone. Finally made contact and they offered me a 15% discount which would be a higher cost than if I had ordered the material they sent me. I declined and requested a replacement. They have yet to send the replacement. When I call back in, again no answer. I use on line chat, they tell me they can call me in a few hours. I finally make contact again, they tell me it takes time to process the replacement order.
