My site is being hosted by DeluxeHosting (DH). Yesterday, I spend 3 hours going through WordPress code trying to fix an updating problem to a home page accordion. The page could not be updated without causing an error message.
I turned to DH to get a backup cope of the entire site, which I loaded; however this did not fix the problem. I once again turned to DH for assistance. Within 10 minutes, the technician had resolved the problem.
Needless to say, without a doubt, I would rate the service I received with the highest mark possible.
