“Don't waste your time”

I contacted empire collection agency in September 2019 for a business claim. In 10 months I have yet to receive any notification or correspondence on the progress of this claim. I have sent several emails asking them to update me with their progress and attempt to collect and all I've received an email back stating they will check on it. They never contacted me back. I will never recommend this company.
