I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There won't be any need to file a dispute from your end, and if you decide to file for a chargeback case, our team will have to close your PA account permanently. The refund will be automatically returned to you in 2-5 business days and for convenience, this actually happens faster than filing a dispute/chargeback case.
Your payment was declined because your PA account information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your PA registered real name should also match the name in your payment account. Please double-check this. Alternatively, you may want to use BTC as your payment, as that method is readily accepted by our system.
