I made a large purchase of 22 bras this last month -- many in 2 sizes not knowing which would fit. On 12/9/21, I returned 15 of the bras in the packages that they were sent to me in. On 12/17/21, I received an email notification that the bras had been received and would be processed back to the original source of purchase. This is where things got super SHADY! I just happened to count the number of items listed on the return RMA -- counting 14 vs 15. I went back through the original order list to figure out which item was missing since I knew I mailed back 15. Process of elimination, I figured out which bra it was and sent the company a message, assuming it was a simple oversight. To my surprise, I received a response indicating that this 1 out of 15 bras (sent back in the same large bag) had "glitter" on it and was deemed "damaged" as a result. I was very upset that this was not conveyed to me and that I only found out due to counting and reaching out to them. Had I not counted, I would have never known that they were keeping my money! NOT COOL! After emailing back and not getting a response, I called the company today and was informed they will not reimburse me. Mind you, they could not provide any proof of said glitter and explained that they don't take photos. I asked the woman I spoke to, "so it's basically my word against yalls without any proof and that's it?" Sadly, she was left to say yes and advised that she would pass on to management to get back with me. A few hours later, I received another generic email that again just indicated that they had deemed it damaged due to glitter -- again without any proof. So I called back again and spoke to a nice women who advised she frequently sees similar negative experiences and basically admitted that her job there sucks. She advised that she was only allowed to offer me 2 options: A) donate the bra I paid for (without any proof it actually gets donated) or B) pay an additional $10 to have the item shipped back to me after I already just paid $7.50 to return the item to them. The bra was around $29 and basically principal at this point. Don't get me wrong I'm still SUPER PISSED about being screwed out of $29, but can only say I'm thankful they didn't try to scam me for one that cost $100. I guess those would be more noticeable when they fail to include it in their original return message? And basically she explained that was it. She said she could offer to send it back to management, but that she already knew their answer would be the same and didn't want to waste any more of my time since I had been jacked around already. So others have mentioned, I've opened a claim on my credit card. I attempted to write the BBB, but discovered they are not accredited by such. So the moral of the story... just know that they may steal your money with a claim of something as stupid as "glitter." haha... so sad. SMH I was shocked to find how brazen they are to not only NOT return your money, but then also keep the item unless you pay yet a 3rd time for shipping. Like WTF?!?! NEVER AGAIN
