I order 5 items got them pretty fast and had to pay 19$ duty to the delivery guy which was not mention anywhere when I place my order, when I open my parcel the stinking smell that came out was horrible, one dress had a stain on it and everything was made poorly, very cheap quality, I decide to do a return what a nightmare, I pay 20.50$ for the return which I'm sure I'm not getting back, it's been 31 days still no refund! I email them over and over and over again and again and there are giving me the run around giving a ticket and other ticket saying the credit is in my account I try taking it out of course it didn't work, email them again waited for them to answer to tell me it's take 30 days to get my refund, I don't understand why they make everything so difficult and unpleasant, they sure took no time charging my credit card 24 hours when I did my purchase and now there taking all the time in the world to refund me like I'm gonna forget or just let it go, anyways I'm never buying from them again they have no respect for there clients
