The worst customer service out there. I placed an order on Saturday and within hours realized I sent the wrong image. I sent it in within 3 hours of my original order and asked to receive confirmation that it was received and the order was wrong. I call on Monday as I never hear from him and asked for an email confirmation that the change was okay and they told me that, that email would take 2 to 3 business to generate which makes no sense. He said the phone call would suffice so I asked to be emailed a digital copy of the recording and he said that would take a lot longer. Then he mentioned that even though my order was changed same day that it would extend the delivery of the product by 3 business days without a good explanation. I asked to speak to someone higher up and he responded that there wasn't anyone higher up. I asked that all he had to do was email me saying he acknowledged my change or refund me. So I told him to just refund me, this is a simple piece of art and he so nicely said okay that would take 7 to 10 business days. I immediately let him know to cancel and I sent en email asking to cancel it. This is horrible customer service and in today's day where we have options, I rather give my money to someone who values it. Thank you but no thank you.
