I bought some ugg boots from this site. Ive tried over n over to contact them tryin to see if i could track my item. They will not get back ti me at all. The only way to contact them is email. No phone number no address nothing. They took mire from my credit card than i agreed to because of some freign exchange rate which. Have never dealt with. Come to find out my credit card person said the transaction was made from china. All the other reasearch on fraud turned up with some people that have had exact kind of issues with just another website name so im thinkin this is the same thing. I havent received the boots and im not even sure i will. If i do get them im sure they will b fakes or wrong type alltogether as im seein happen to ither people. Watch out. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website. U will not b able to get ahold of them n they will not contact u. We have cancelled our card n got new number. Research before u buy. I will from now on. They also use the website snowbootsvrmall.com... same site. Beware
