I honestly forgot about this until i looked through my sent emails just now. Over a year ago, they sent me an email about free items. All i had to pay was shipping. So i made two orders with each having around 6 or 7 free items and paid ~$13 for each order. They emailed me saying that there was a technical issue, meaning i would only get sent one item from each order, and i didnt even get to pick what i wanted. So i asked them to just cancel the second order because it was a waste of money and they kept telling me they would talk to the shipping department and to check back up with them. I was told i would get refunded within a week but it's been a year and i never got it back
