The coder working on my project was impatient and rude. When I asked about some changes that were being made without consulting me, he used improper words and id whatever he wanted without an explanation.

Thank you for the comment. In response, you refer to "he" in the review, but we do not employ any male coders. In working with EMR programs, none of our workload includes anything in the realm of using "improper words and ID's". We also have never had in the history of our 18 years any person in our database with the name of Craig. It's unfortunate you felt the need to leave a fake review.
