Horrendous experience, This company has no customer service, they DON'T reply to emails, online chat nor do they answer their phones. I tried to cancel my order shortly after making it, then complete radio silence. Apart from the confirmation email, i tried calling them like a 100 times, texting them, emailing, i eventually got 1 text message a week later saying they would post the tv out!? I cancelled the order FFS. I literally spent near 3 weeks freaking out thinking i was getting ripped off for £1500. Wasn't until i got my bank involved that i eventually got my money back... Do your self a favour stay well clear. Shady..
