This company is run like 10 high school sophomores are in charge. They try to be so clever at every turn, with puns and innuendoes. Even when addressing problems. I have ordered 8-10 things over the years and had problems with half I'd guess. They aren't above selling used or open box items as new. Take a long time to ship. Take a long time to refund your money. Just hasn't been a good consistent experience for me. I finally unsubscribed from their emails not wanted to be tempted to ever order again from them.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you aren't buying anything mechanical, electrical, or fragile in any way. They have some cute tshirts. Would be hard to damage those.

Products used:
none.

Okay - their right to you home shipping costs about what you'd pay if you Googled "auto transport." So you can buy from any reputable dealer and have it shipped to you. But before you can even get to that cost you have to register with Vroom on the website. From there, they start calling you - sort of like a regular sleazy car dealer and harassing you by phone. My advise - use a fake phone number, and a junk email address to register, then look around a the cars you like - and buy elsewhere. Nothing but a nice web design and some fancy TV advertising here.

Wow! Good luck with this company. Ordered a truck bed extender, received an email almost immediately telling me they were out of stock with no known instock date and asking me to respond by phone OR email to tell them if I wanted to cancel. I called (turned out to be a Google Voice number) and got a full mailbox recording, then emailed to cancel. Subsequently I went online and ordered from Amazon. Two days later I got a tracking number from Carkart saying my delivery would arrive TODAY! I emailed saying I had already purchased from someone else. I got a reply with an invitation to call a different number to discuss. Again, another Google Voice number with a full mailbox. And a reply to an email that gave me the tracking number and evidence that it had been delivered. And adding that if i wanted to return I would have to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee - no exceptions. I had no faith that I'd be able to connect (or work anything out) with these guys so I reluctantly return the extender to Amazon, paying return shipping. A day or so later I got an email from Carkart with my return shipping label.? A disaster from start to finish. Your first clue I guess should be a business where the customer service reps each have different Google Voice virtual phone numbers with full mailboxes. An absolutely disgusting experience, but in all honesty, my guess is its the rule not the exception. Run don't walk from this company.
