ILKB is a family! Once you walk in the doors, you feel all this amazing energy. Your spirits lift instantly! This is no joke. You're always greeted by name and hi-fived or hugged. Joining kickboxing may be something you want to do "someday", so why not here (@ilkbsaskatoon), why not now!? What is stopping you from getting healthy & FIT!?
Coming regularly to class, you get to meet so many cool people that are headed on a journey just like yours. We're all here for a reason! There is no judgement at all, only killer workouts!:)
