They charge to much for the serbice that has been around a while. And your contract is up so let me charge you 20.00 to keep you as a customer? It should go down in cost not up for your loyalty.
I decided not to use the service and was charged any way. That is theft. For a company that wants to stay in business. They should keep the bad news off the reveiws.
