Yesterday I have had a wonderful and amazing service person he was so patient with me that he stay on the phone line until I went to the shop and when I get there 2mins from my house not realising that it was closed so I asked him to stay on the phone so he say yes and I run 5 mins to a next shop that was open all the way he was still on the phone wow I was surprised but very happy for all the time and help because I had to make a emergency overseas call I have to say he was a wonderful wonderful person to talk with yesterday thank you so much MR. Fidel from Luca mobile customers service for being so helpful and wonderful with me thanks a 1000 Times
