4/25/17... I am beyond words infuriated! I ordered a satin pillow with flowers for my mother in laws casket. It was to be delivered to the funeral home the only day of the viewing. It never made it. I called at 330pm and was told it was out for delivey. At 630pm I called back, this time they claimed the florist was closed. How do you explain to your children that there won't be flowers for their grandmother from them because they could not deliver this on time. It isn't a birthday where you can deliver it late. You cannot absolutely make this up to them!. I am beyond words disgusted with this company. Why are you playing with people's emotions? It's horrific! I did use PayPal and received an email stating I would be refunded my $$. I would not recommend this business to anyone EVER! By the way, they did not offer any apologies for anything or even a solution to the issue. Please do not do business with them, if you value your hard earned cash and want professionalism! I couldn't give a minus zero for rating! They truly don't deserve a single star.
