Do not buy. I think I was scammed.
I placed an order on 22nd of May and received the confirmation of order. But since then absolutely nothing. No tracking number, no follow up mail. Nothing.
Do not fall into this trap like I did and lose money. I contacted them via the form online on their website, on instagram and facebook messenger and noone came back to me or at least read my message. I will try to warn as many kpop fans as possible not to buy from here. I even called the phone numbers they provided (different one on the website and different one on Facebook). Even the reviews they have on the website or facebook do not seem real. I contacted a person that complained she didn't receive her order and guess what... 10 months later still radio silence, no order and no refund. Do not get tricked.
