DHgate Online chat is robotic - completely useless to try to either get a replacement or be refunded. I'll never use DHgate... rather use Amazon (customer support brilliant). You may get the item cheaper... but it won't work, so buy from a more reputable online company (Amazon).

In this case, DHgate does not have rights to the arbitration since this is only handled by your bank.
