Gerald took care of my issue. It would be nice if everyone took care of their customers, I emailed customer service receives a personal response within 24 hours and a resolution hours after that.

Got the Chromebook and have spent a few days exploring it. I have to say, I am VERY impressed.

It's a delight to use, as well as being an object of technical beauty. The touch screen is a real bonus as a lot of interaction is ideally suited to it. Battery life is excellent, running close to 12 hours.

The keyboard is easy to use; I don't find myself searching for keys or pressing the wrong ones. The convenience of the Chromebook special keys (where function keys would normally be) really makes things very easy. So easy, in fact, I wonder whether this kind of functionality might be a good thing on regular laptops.
