“Bad News Shoes”

I ordered a pair of loafers that look nothing like the photo. They are "bigfoot" ugly. Now I can't even reach fairymiss to make a contact. Says the site page is gone. Hope I didn't get ripped off. I waited 3 mos. For these ugly shoes and want my money back.
