Do NOT do business with them or their property owners. The travel industry has been amazing in this unpredictable crisis with COVID-19 and offering refunds on nonrefundable travel. These people however, are horrible! Shame on you! Do business with a reputable source.
Stop claiming you have no control over refund policies. Quit doing business with the losers that won't provide refunds during this time. That will influence them. Especially stop doing business with Vacation Homes Key West (VHKW). No refunds during this time is completely unacceptable!
Stay away from this company. The products aren't anything like what the pictures display and you have to pay to return the item which costs more than the items. There's absolutely no customer service and they can't tell you when your package will arrive. If they ship item separately they say that you paid for tracking but it was all used for the first shipment so there's nothing left for tracking the second package. This is the worst ever company. The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't accept my rating if I didn't select a star. I would have given and absolute zero!
