I CHOSE TO USE PURE EXCELLENCE GRAPHIC COMPANY WHO IS OWNED BY DANIEL STEPHENS AS I KNEW OTHERS WHO HAD USED HIM IN TIME PAST. WHEN I CONTACTED HIM HE RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST AND "SOUNDED" VERY SINCERE IN WANTING TO HELP US WITH OUR MINISTRY GOALS AS I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE WERE A SMALL MINISTRY AND THAT WE DID NOT HAVE VERY MUCH TO WORK WITH AS FAR AS FINANCES.

HE SUGGESTED THAT WE TALK OVER THE PHONE AS HE TRULY DESIRED TO HELP US SO I CALLED HIM TO DISCUSS WHAT WE WERE LOOKING TO DO. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD GIVE US A DISCOUNTED RATE AND WE SPOKE ON THE PRICES OF HOW MUCH EVERYTHING WOULD BE AND CAME TO AN AGREEMENT; HE LET ME KNOW HOW MANY DAYS IT WAS GOING TO TAKE FOR EACH PIECE OF WORK TO BE COMPLETE.

HE SENT ME AN INVOICE AND THE LINK WAS BROKEN SO I WENT THROUGH PAYPAL DIRECTLY AND SENT THE MONEY NOT REALIZING HOW IT WAS BEING SENT AND IT ENDED UP BEING SENT AS "PERSONAL" I BELIEVE THAT MY SETTING HAD TO HAVE BEEN PRESET FOR THIS AS I KNOW I DID NOT CLICK THIS DURING THIS TRANSACTION.

I THEN SEND HIM A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY AS A DEPOSIT FOR A SEAL, TWO LOGOS, ONE FACEBOOK COVER PAGE AND A WEBSITE.

WELL, WEEKS LATER I STILL HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING. I BEGIN TO TRY TO CONTACT HIM AND I WAS NO LONGER ABLE TO DO SO AS IT SEEMED MY NUMBER HAD BEEN BLOCKED AS WHEN I USED MY HUSBANDS PHONE IT WENT RIGHT THROUGH.

I INBOX HIM ON FACEBOOK AND HE TELLS ME HE HAD BEEN SICK AND HE WAS GOING TO PUT MY WORK ON THE CALENDAR I BELIEVE WHICH WAS THE FOLLOWING DAY. I LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS SORRY TO HEAR THAT HE WAS SICK AND LET HIM KNOW THAT WE WOULD BE PRAYING FOR HIS RECOVERY.

AFTER THIS, ANOTHER WEEK PASTS AND STILL DO NOT HEAR ANYTHING.

I CONTACT HIM ONCE AGAIN RIGHT AT A COUPLES DAYS PRIOR TO IT BEING A MONTH AND HE TELLS ME I WILL HAVE PROOFS THE FOLLOWING MORNING. WELL THAT MORNING NEVER CAME. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM HIM.

I CONTACTED HIM AND LET HIM KNOW THAT I DID NOT HAVE ANY OF MY PROOFS AS OF YET, HE DID NOT REPLY, I GET NO RESPONSE SO I CALL PAYPAL TO GET INVOLVED AS AT THIS TIME IT SEEMS HE HAS NO PLAN TO PRODUCE ANYTHING THAT HE HAD PROMISED.

I GO TO HIS PAGE AND HE IS STILL DOING OTHER PEOPLES WORK BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING.

I CALL PAYPAL FILE A CASE AND THEY CLOSE IT AGAINST HIM BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE PAYMENT WAS SENT AS IT WAS SENT PERSONAL AND NOT AS A BUSINESS PAYMENT.

I SENT HIM AN EMAIL AT THIS TIME JUST LETTING HIM KNOW THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HIS SERVICES AS IT HAD BEEN OVER A MONTH AT THIS TIME AND I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING.

HE SENT ME AN EMAIL ASKING ME FOR MY NUMBER, I SEND IT TO HIM AND HE CALLS ME NOT LONG AFTER. HE STARTED OFF BEING CORDIAL BUT IT TOOK A SHARP TURN AS SOON AS I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING HE HAD TO OFFER AND THAT I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK. HE THEN BECAME VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND FELT THAT HE HAD ME IN A FIX BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION AS HE DEMANDS I DO THINGS HIS WAY AND TOLD ME THAT EVEN THOUGH HE HAD NOT PRODUCED ANYTHING THAT HE WAS NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK AND THAT BASICALLY I COULD TAKE ANOTHER RAINCHECK. HE STATED IN THE CONVERSATION THAT HE DID NOT HAVE A DESIRE TO LISTEN TO ME. HE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY AND HE EXPRESSED IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND THAT HE BASICALLY HAD BETTER THINGS TO DO.

LETS MAKE "PURE EXCELLENCE INC" GO VIRAL AND SEND A MESSAGE TO EVERY ONE WHO DOES THINGS LIKE THIS THAT IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

I ALSO HAVE THE CALLS RECORDED WHICH WILL BE FILED AS EVIDENCE AGAINST MR. STEPHENS.

UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO TAKE HEED AND RUN WHILE YOUR MONEY IS STILL IN YOUR POCKET; I HAVE A FEW TIPS FOR YOU...

1. MAKE SURE THAT THEY VERIFY ALL INFORMATION BEFORE THEY TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE

2. MAKE SURE THEY ARE AWARE OF THE REBATES THAT ARE BEING PROMOTED

3. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ANY DOCUMENTATION OF REBATES, PRICE DIFFERENCE AND WEBSITES YOU MAY HAVE USED

WE ENDED UP PURCHASING OUR TIRES THROUGH A DISCOUNT TIRE COMPANY TO WHICH WE WERE TRANSFERRED TO MR. TIRE IN FAYETTEVILLE, N. C TO GET THEM PUT ON AS THAT WAS THE CLOSEST LOCATION THEY HAD TO US.

WELL, WE GET THERE THINKING HE (ANTHONY) ACTUALLY ORDERED THE TIRES FROM DISCOUNT TIRES SO THAT WE COULD GET THE DISCOUNT AND COME TO FIND OUT HE DID NOT. THE MANAGER TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO SELL US TIRES THAT WERE ALREADY IN STOCK AT HIS STORE THAT WAS A DIFFERENT RATE AND WHEN HE WAS ASKED ABOUT OUR $100 REBATE HE SAID HE DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THAT AND WE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE PLACE WHERE WE ORDERED OUR TIRES FROM. HE WENT ON TO STATE THAT HE WOULD CHARGE US A DISMOUNTING FEE AND A REMOUNTING FEE WHEN THE OTHER TIRES GOT THERE. MIND YOU HE RECEIVED OUR ORDER THROUGH THE DISCOUNT TIRE STORE AND I HAD NEVER HEARD OF A "MR. TIRE" PRIOR TO THIS.

HE BEGIN TO DISCUSS MCDONALDS SANDWICHES WHICH I NO LONGER EAT TO EXPLAIN HIS POINTLESS REASON WHY I HAD TO BE CHARGED. HE WAS MORE INTERESTED IN A REMOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING FEE THAN HE WAS GAINING A LIFE TIME CUSTOMER...

HE DID NOT CARE THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD COMPLAINED. HE WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT BAD REVIEWS AND GAINING THE TRUST BACK OF HIS LOCAL COMMUNITY AFTER SEVERAL PEOPLE HAD BEEN HANDLED WRONGLY IN HIS STORE. HE WAS NOT CONCERNED WITH THE FACT THAT WITHOUT CUSTOMERS HE HAD NO STORE,. NO BUSINESS AS HE BEGIN TO GLORY IN THE FACT THAT HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE STORE AND HE COULD DO WHAT HE WANTED... SO I LET HIM KNOW THAT NOT ONLY DID I RECORD HIS CALL WHICH HE ACKNOWLEDGED WAS FINE BUT I WOULD ALSO MAKE HIM FAMOUS BY BLASTING HIS LOCATION.

HE THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO GET ANOTHER POOR CUSTOMER... WEAK CUSTOMER WHO WOULD NOT REACH OUT TO CORPORATE OR TAKE TO THE MEDIA BUT HE WAS SURPRISED WHEN I POLITELY LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS INDEED NOT THAT PERSON.

READ REVIEWS AND KNOW THAT EVERYONE IS NOT LYING...

LETS STOP GIVING PEOPLE OUR BUSINESS WHO DO NOT DESERVE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY NOR APORECIATE US AS CUSTOMERS.

IF WE ARE GOING TO SEE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE RETURN AND SEE PEOPLE VALUE US AS CUSTOMERS WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO COME TOGETHER AND STAND AGAINST CORPORATIONS THAT FEEL LIKE THEY DON'T NEED YOU... BECAUSE THERE WILL BE ANOTHER...

LET US TAKE A STAND AND PUT THOSE OUT OF BUSINESS THAT DO NOT NEED TO BE IN BUSINESS SO THAT THOSE WHO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BERN OVERLOOKED CAN SHINE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.

I would like to interject something to those name calling others who feel ripped off, disappointed or even bamboozle. I have learned in life that everyone isn't lying therefore if you have multiple there has to be some truth in what they are saying. I have never shopped from zulily but have considered doing so on several occassions and even today but one thing popped up in my search for the company and it was their reviews. After reading these first and foremost I want to thank those who were disappointed and yet took the time to write to warn others. We do not know how priceless reviews can be until we really wish we would have had one or several before taking a dive into what appears to be a "bargain". Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this store at all. When people fail to do right by their customers as many are no longer concerned knowing their will be other people they can take advantage of in the future; it shows their lack of respect and appreciation for their business as well as people who forget it is because of consumers yes. Customers that they even have a business in the first place. Without customers they have nothing but a DREAM..
