I purchased Grammarly and immediately realized it wouldn't work for me. The initial document I needed to check was 735 pages in length and grammarly will only check 40 pages at a time (they state 60 but it could only check 40). Within 30 minutes of purchasing it I tried contacting the company through the support system and received an automated reply that they didn't issue refunds. I would be willing to pay for a month but would like the balance of the annual payment refunded. There is no option to speak with the billing department - either in person or by email. Additionally, I wasn't able to upload my receipt.

For your future reference, currently, you can check up to 100,000 characters including spaces at a time using the Grammarly Editor. If you work on a PC, we suggest that you use Grammarly for Microsoft Office to check documents that exceed this limitation. This product will allow you to check your texts directly from within Word or Outlook.
