I am just frustrated and angry at this point but in a nutshell I approached Postmates support over a meal I didn't get that cost me $75.55 and they just don't want to deal with it. I spent 3 days jumping through their hoops that led nowhere and when I told them that I was tired of the runaround and just wanted my refund they just stopped communication. I checked on them on the Better Business Bureau and saw that they have almost 8000 complaints already! Steer clear of Postmates or Uber! (Same company!)
