I purchased a 9 series DVD for my elderly mother. The DVDs did not work. We asked for a refund and shipped back the original DVDs, and got a new set. The new set did not work. I asked for a refund and was happy to return the item but was told it was past the 120 days for returns. No flexibility with this or any attempt to help, or offer partial refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE OR BLAZE DVDS.

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY.

Bought 2 rings, initial customer service very helpful. Rings did not fit, I asked for a refund and sent them back. Refund never processed despite several attempts at contact. They have no contact information except for an email. Poor overall service where it matters.
