I purchased a 9 series DVD for my elderly mother. The DVDs did not work. We asked for a refund and shipped back the original DVDs, and got a new set. The new set did not work. I asked for a refund and was happy to return the item but was told it was past the 120 days for returns. No flexibility with this or any attempt to help, or offer partial refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE OR BLAZE DVDS.
