In my view, most of these online binary sites are dishonest when it comes to paying their clients in a timely manner. Another reason could be is that maybe the support team are overwhelmed with the amount of registered members. Binary trading is nothing more than gambling, although the concept is good as some people do not understand how to trade forex. BinaryOnline is NOT an investment site.

This site gave their "terms and condition" as BinaryOnline is owned and operated by ZOLA LTD, company number *******, with seat and registered office: city of Sofia 1000, ul. Pirotska No 2 fl. 4, Apt. Office 12.

This site seems legit as they have a physical (brick and mortar) address along with phone numbers. Try writing and sending a mail (snail mail) to the address shown on their site and see if this company would respond (they should) to your letter.
