BOUGHT A GUITAR FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND IT HAD A FAULT. I RETURNED THE GUITAR AND RECIEVED A SECOND GUITAR WHICH ALSO HAD A FAULT. AFTER RETURNING A SECOND TIME AND ASKING FOR A DISCOUNT ON ANOTHE RTYPE OF GUITAR (FOR MY INCONVINIENCE AND TIME I WAS WITHOUT MY GUITAR) I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT OFFER ANY DISCOUNT AND THAT I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. I PUSHED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER BUT THE PERSON ON THE LINE WOULD NOT OBLIGE.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS EITHER. WAITING TIME FOR PHONE IS AN AVERAGE OF 25 MIMUTES. TRUST ME I KNOW I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. CHEAPER FOR MOST ITEMS ELSEWHERE ANYWAY!
