“Mediocre job”

This company presented a clear opportunity for my business to provide above-and-beyond service. Unfortunately, they did not deliver on their promise. Instead, they just did a mediocre job that did not gave the service of my business an added value. I just wasted money on them and now I'm back to thinking on how to improve my business.
