I purchased sage and used it for a few years during that time they would try to charge me for the yearly subscription 2 or three times a year I would call them and spend hours on the phone because they could not find where i had payed before so i would have to prove it with bank records. If you are not paying attention they could easily scam you out of thousands of dollars. I then cancelled the subscription and after cancelling it i kept receiving Auto Renew Charges and would have to call them and ask what was going on, they would always reply the same "You never canceled it". As far as i can figure this is the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with. Being a small business i cannot afford extra charges or extra time to deal with this dishonesty.

If you do book keeping this is not for you, it is hard to use has very low functionality and if your not very careful inputting your data you WILL lose a lot of money when invoicing. When you realize that something doesn't seem right about the program you will call them and if you are lucky enough to get some one who speaks your language you will find out that you actually know more about the program than them. You will also find that you spend an exceptionally long time on hold while they look for the answer in the help menu that you can access yourself.

Hidden fees and they will not cancel a reservation. I called customer service and they just put me on hold as soon as i complained until I hung up...

Don't ever say yes to their service on the phone they will put you on a one year contract and send you to collections if you tell them to cancel it and refuse to pay.
