I ordered a made to order dress which just never showed up. I spent over 2 weeks writing emails to jjs house in which I repeatedly had to explain that it never showed up but they kept just telling me that I had it.
JJsHouse refused to send me a refund or a replacement dress until I updated my review on this website to a 3 or 4 star review and said I had a good experience. I did this because I needed to have this exact dress because I was a bridesmaid.
I received the replacement dress almost 3 months after my original order. The dress was supposed to be a free replacement for the original dress that had never showed up. However, when they delivered it I had to pay an additional 30 euros to the deliver person because they had not paid the delivery cost.
This was a terrible experience because I had to pay extra money for an item that was extremely late and also because I wasted so much time writing tickets to jjshouse. The fact they pressured me to change my review was a particular low.
