Ordered a refurbished Chromebook. It could not receive any updates and was very limited in its usefulness. I returned it. Dailysale does not give refunds. I waited for my Dailysale account credit. I got the email a week after they received it. However, when I log in, my credit does not appear. This means I cannot use my own money. Now suddenly, the attentive customer service has gone away completely. No responses. My money is gone and I have no computer. Oh, and NO PHONE NUMBER. BUYER GO ELSEWHERE.
