Not sure why JC Penney has any decent reviews to be honest, they completely messed up my entire order and the customer service were the rudest people I have ever encountered. They are some of the stupidest people I've ever talked to in my life I guess that's why their job is answering phones all day and they can't even do that right/correct my order that they messed up. Never in my life have I had this bad of an experience with a company. What a joke I'm surprised they haven't gone out of business
