Concept is good. Website is not helpful for anything beyond a path to download the app. App is clearly designed and coded for 'happy path' (when everything goes right). Keep getting a message that says "account has 1.00" and won't let me transfer funds from the bank to the card. Tried two emails to customer service and waited in their phone que for more than 30 minutes once trying to get help.

Gave up and canceled card.
