“SCAMMERS -USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY”

In May 2020 I was scheduled with this "company" to go to Arizona. They booked my flight w/ American Airlines and cancelled the reservation days later. I was NEVER notified. Called for a refund and they tried telling me I needed to PAY, YES PAY, to get a refund. I hung up. I called several times getting hung up on and one person told me I will get a refund late due to Covid. It's December and no refund. They are thieves- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Horrible, Awful, Scum of the earth!
